Multiplexer Tape Mode Problems
Problem Description Possible Solution
Poor or unstable pictures. • The VCR may be faulty or require maintenance.
Perform periodic maintenance and test VCR
performance.
VCR not recording. • Make sure the VCR is connected to an electrical
receptacle and is turned on.
• Make sure a tape cartridge is inserted into the VCR.
Multiplexer Motion Detection Problems
Refer to the Multiplexer Operator's Manual for information about changing these settings.

Important camera motion

• Required camera motion targets may be turned off.
Perform the motion detection setup and turn on the
required motion targets.
• Motion detection sensitivity may be too low. Adjust
the motion sensitivity setting.
• Delay setting is too long. Adjust the delay setting.

• Unnecessary camera motion targets may be turned
on. Perform the motion detection setup and turn off
the undesired motion targets.
• Motion detection sensitivity may be too high. Adjust
the motion sensitivity setting.
