• Edit: Modify the filters for the report
• Delete: Deletes the saved report
• Execute: Displays a dynamic view with the results of the report
• Visualize: Displays a data visualization control with the results of the report
Find in Journal
The Find in Journal feature allows you to search for journal records relating to specific objects of
interest.
If the Find in Journal feature is available for an object, it is typically accessible from the object's
context menu.
Procedure 30-3 
Find in Journal
Step Action
1 Right click the required object.
2 Select Find in Journal. Report Selection dialog displays.
3 Select the required Report Type from the dropdown.
4 Select the date range using the From and To date controls.
Note
The Search Name will be populated by the name of the object selected. If
required, enter the Operator Name.
5 Select OK. Reports displays.
