1. Suction line and liquid line sizing based on < 3 psi pressure drop in each and horizontal suction line refrigerant velocities
>700FPM (3.6m/s).
2. Suction sizes should be reduced one pipe size for vertical riser sections to maintain suction line velocity > 1000FPM (5.1m/s)
for proper oil return.
