G-Sensor Correction
The G-sensor subsection of the SENSOR section, also called accelerometer, is used to
calibrate the accelerometer readings coming out of the accelerometer/ inertia sensor harness.
Because of the varying nature of the installation options, the installer should go to this page and
select Correct, and then OK, to zero out the readings on the display. This should be done when the
vehicle is not moving and the engine is not running. If properly installed, the accelerometer should
read about 8 G at most in the Z axis before calibration.
