Firmware Upgrade

When improvements, bug fixes or new feature become available for your MDVR the firmware

(DVR operating system) can be easily upgraded in the field. There are several ways this can be

done: through the front panel USB connection, or through the removable hard drive module.

We will provide the firmware upgrade. Correspondingly, the CMS server software components

will upgrade automatically when connected to the Internet.

Due to improvements in technology and the availability of new features, our MDVRs come with

the ability to have the firmware (DVR operating system) be easily upgraded in the field. There are

several ways this can be done: through the front panel USB connection, or through the removable

hard drive module.

We will timely upgrade the firmware once we find the software defect or important bugs. The

CMS will upgrade automatically when connect with Internet.
