Warranty

This product has been manufactured under rigid quality specicaons and control. It
is warranted by AmerTac™ (the “Company”) to, under normal use and condions, be
free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year that you, the original
purchaser, own it. Should this device be proven defecve, please return it, prepaid along
with proof of purchase (e.g. dated bill of sale, UPC bar code from original package) to
AmerTac™, An: Returns Department, 250 Boulder Drive, Breinigsville, PA 18031.
The Company’s only obligaons are limited to replacement of this product and do not
include any liability for damages for claims because of accidents, negligence, misuse,
alteraon, commercial use, or improper installaon.
This warranty does not cover product purchased, serviced or otherwise used outside the
United States or Canada. This warranty is not transferable.
This warranty is in lieu of all other express or implied warranes or liabilies. The
Company makes no other warranes as to the merchantability or tness for a parcular
purpose. Any implied warranes including but not limited to any implied warranty of
merchantability or tness for a parcular use that cannot be disclaimed, shall be limited
to duraon of the warranty. In no case shall the Company be liable for any consequenal
or incidental damages whatsoever. No person or representave is authorized to assume
for the Company any liability other than expressed herein in connecon with the sale of
this product.
Some states/provinces do not allow limitaons on how long an implied warranty lasts or
the exclusion or limitaon of incidental or consequenal damage, so the above limitaons
or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specic legal rights and you
may also have other rights which vary from state/province to state/province.
