Section 5B Fuel Lines

II Air/Vapor Return Line!
NOTE: The AirDog II Air/Vapor return line connects to the engine return
line at the fuel cooler.
5B-1. Disconnect the fuel return line from the fuel cooler inlet tube. (Figure 20)
5B-2. Remove the original fuel cooler inlet tube from the fuel cooler. (Figure 20)

5B-3. Install the PureFlow AirDog Air Return Quick Connect “T” (WAP123) by tightening the
threaded end into the fuel cooler port previously addressed in step 5B-2 (Figure 21)

5B-4. Connect the original factory return line to the top right (see figure 21) male quick
connect of the Return “T”. The fitting will “click” when it is properly seated.
5B-5. Connect the female SAE J2044 quick connect end (Figure 22) of the “Return Hose
Assembly” to the lower right (Figure 21) male quick connect on the Return “T”.
The fitting will “click” when it is properly seated.
