Syntax:
relay-option disable/ enable
Parameter :
disable The parameter means you to disable DHCP relay agent
information option mode.
Enable The parameter means you to enable DHCP relay agent
information option mode.
NOTE: The agent insert specific information (option 82) into a
DHCP message when forwarding to DHCP server and remove
it from a DHCP message when transferring to DHCP client. If
agent receive a DHCP message that already contains relay
agent information. It will enforce the policy.
EXAMPLE:
server: ThecommandletsyouconfigureDHCPrelayserverip
addressontheswitch.
Syntax:
server <ip-address>
Parameter :
<ip-address> The parameter let you type in the DHCP server IP
address.
EXAMPLE:
show: ThecommandletsyoutodisplayDHCPrelay

Switch(dhcp-relay)# show config
DHCP Relay Mode : Disabled
DHCP Relay Server : 192.168.1.100
