7-14. Setting Up Notification
Click and select the “Notification” tab (Shown as Fig 7-13.2) and then click to access
the following functions:
• Auto-Launch to remote PC Once motion is detected; the live video can be transferred to a
remote site via modem or Internet.
Link time: This is the time period that the computer will remain connected with the remote site.
To set the Auto-launch function, use the following steps:
1. Enter the phone number or IP address or DNS into the Name/IP box.
2. Specify a Link time in the number box.
3. Enter the TCP/IP port number; the number of “Port” must be matched between FreeView Pro
and DigiCap PRO/XP software. TCP/IP port of FreeView Pro default is 1501.
4. Select transmission camera(s) when it is triggered.
Click the Add button. Your information will be saved and shown in the number dialog box.
5. Repeat step 1 to 5 to add another PC for auto-launch.
