abnormal conditions, such as a power outage. If you enable this, it is recommended that you add

a fan for the hard disk because of the additional heat that will be generated.

If you disable this function, video clips will be saved in memory and saved to disk based on your

settings in Camera configuration  Recording  File (see Chapter 7-2). However, if the

system shuts down abnormally, all clips not saved to disk will be lost.
