13.2.1 Function 00h: Return VBE Controller Information
Description:
Returns information about the graphics controller. This is stored as the VBEInfoBlock data structure.
Note: For compatibility with older VBE-aware applications, the upper half of the 512 byte area (the last 256 bytes) and
the VBE 2.0 information are available ONLY if the application fills in the first four bytes of this data structure with the
characters “VBE2” BEFORE calling this function.
