13.1.18.7 Subfunction 11h: Load 8x14 Font with Fixup
Loads the 8x14 font and adjusts the cell height, cursor size, and vertical resolution. If the cell height does not need to
be changed, use Subfunction 01h. Eight different font blocks can be loaded, but only two can be displayed at any one
time.
