12.1.13.4 Subfunction 03h - Set Resolution
Description:
Sets the resolution for the pointing device. Sending the E8h command to the device, followed by the resolution value,
sets the resolution.

Description:
Reads the device type of the pointing device. Sending the F2h command to the device causes the device to return its
ID. The ID for a mouse should be 00h.
