2. Read through the MPEG license agreement that appears, and if you agree to the conditions, select I accept the
License agreement and click OK.
3. Click on the dialog bar at the top of the window and select Install ActiveX Control.
4. (Windows Vista, Windows 2008 Server) A User Account popup will ask if you want to continue the installation.
Click Continue.
