Professional sensitive fiber optic microphone, that captures from a soft whisper to a
normal room conversation.
Due to a unique sensor technology the microphone provides excellent sound
accuracy and performance.
A beam of light is sent trough the fiber to a sound sensitive membrane, sound waves
causes this membrane to vibrate and modulate the intensity of the light reflected
from it, than the light is translated to an electrical signal.
The microphone provides a high SNR, (sound to noise ratio), so even low level
sound inputs can be heard clearly from many meters away.
The HSS-4280 cannot be detected by electromagnetic means since the microphone
head neither contains metal parts nor generates electromagnetic fields; the main unit
is separate meters away from the monitored room by fiber optic cable.
The HSS-4280 can be installed in many ways to elude discovery by naked eye or
highly sophisticated Non Linear Junction Detectors.
