1.4 SUBMITTALS

B. Product Data: Manufacturer's data, user and installation m anuals for all equipm ent and
software program s including com puter equipm ent and other equipment required for
com plete Digital Alarm Com municator and future 8 door Access Control System (DACS) for
the main building and sub-panel for the garage. Including:
1. Preparation instructions and recom mendations.
2. Storage and handling requirem ents and recomm endations.

C. Shop Drawings: Shop drawings shall provide details of proposed system and the work to be
provided. Include point-to-point, reproducible CAD drawings of system s and wiring
diagram s of individual devices.

D. Docum entation to be subm itted by the Contractor upon com pletion of system installation:
1. "As-build": Upon com pletion of installation, the Contractor shall prepare "as-built"
drawings of the system . These "As-builds" shall be 30 inches by 42 inches (76 cm by
107 cm ) format Two com plete paper sets shall be provided and one CD containing all
of the reproducible drawings, in PDF or DW G format. These drawings shall indicate
com plete plans indicating exact device locations, panel term inations, and panel point
num bers.
