Main components
– Accumulator batteries (A): they en-
ergize the motors of the blade and of
the wheel control system.
The robot is supplied with lead batter-
ies or with one or two lithium batter-
ies, which assure a longer working
session.
– Battery recharge connection (B): it
is used to connect the batteries (A)
during recharge.
– Electronic card (C): it checks the au-
tomatic functions of the robot.
– Drive unit (D): it drives the right and
left wheels with two independent mo-
tors.
– Control keyboard (E): it is used to set
and visualise the functioning modes of
the robot.
– Cutting blade (F): it trims the lawn.
– Electric motor (G): it starts the cut-
ting blade (F).
– Electric motor (H): one starts the
right wheels drive unit, while the other
one starts the one of the left wheels.
– Transmitter (L): it transmits the sig-
nal to the perimeter wire.
– Power supply unit (M): it energizes,
at low tension, the battery power.
Important
The power supply unit varies according
to the type of batteries installed (lead
or lithium batteries).
– Shock sensor (N): it detects the im-
pact of the robot against an obstacle,
reversing its advancement direction.
– Remote control (P): it is used to
check the robot functions in a remote
position.
