Input special character
When use any kind of input method, press “sym” key to display the character list.
Menu operation
The phone provides an excellent menu. And you can select each submenu according to your
need. Functions exist in these menus and submenus. Enter the menus by pressing left
flexible key or center key.
Function Menu
1. Messaging
1.1 Write message
Access this menu to edit and send message, press “option” to do as following:
1. Sent to: complete the message then enter number or add from phonebook, choose
SIM1 or SIM2 to send the message.
2. Input method: switch the input method as you want.
3. Insert template: choose the preset phrases as message.
4. Advanced: Insert number: insert the number stored in the phonebook.
Insert name: insert the name stored in the phonebook.
Insert bookmark: insert the bookmarks stored in the phone.
5. Save to Drafts: store this message into draft box, and the message has not been sent.
1.2 Inbox
Access this menu to view the received messages.
When has the new message, the phone will ring, the unread message icon also to be able to
appear on top of the screen. Press ok key in view message screen to do the following
functions:
1. Reply: reply the sender via message.
2. Call sender: use SIM1 or SIM2 to call the sender.
3. Forward: transmit the original message or modified message to others.
4. Delete: delete the message
5. Delete all: delete all the messages
6. Advanced: more options such as Use number/Use URL/Use Email/Use USSD/Copy to
phone/Move to phone/Copy all/ Move all.
1.3 Drafts
Store the SMS without sending for reading or sending later.
Access this menu, select one SMS from the list and user can view and use functions such as
send, edit, delete, delete all and advanced. Please check Inbox for reference.
1.4 Outbox
The failed sent messages will be saved in outbox.
