Malfunctions & Measures

Here list some malfunctions that may occur and measures. If the measures can’t solve

the problem please contact authorized after service center. Thank you!

Can’t turn the phone on

z check battery installation, please install battery correctly

z check if battery level is low, change a battery or charge the battery

z Check if enter incorrect PIN code 3times in a row. If yes, the phone is locked,

then you should enter PUK code( please contact your network provider for PUK

code)

SIM Card Void

When the phone shows “SIM Card Void”, you can try the following:

z Powers the phone off then restart to sure if can solve.

z If your SIM card is a prepaid card, to sure whether the card is insufficient.

z Please turn to your network provider, and to sure whether to be refused

registration network by other reasons.

Weak signal or no signal

z You may be in a location where the reception is bad, such as tunnel or cellar,

please relocate and try again.

z You can try turning around slightly or get near the window if you are in the room.

Bad talking quality

z weak signal, you can try solutions above

z low battery, change a new battery or charge the battery

z use up volume key to adjust microphone volume

Can’t make a call

z check if you enter the correct number and press send key

z check if you set call barring, if yes cancel it

Can’t receive calls

z check if your phone is turned on

z check if screens shows no signal, if yes, try solutions above

z check if you set call barring, if yes, cancel it
