take out SIM card with external power supply; otherwise it
may damage SIM card and the phone.
Inserting and Taking out SIM Card
Metal contact surface of SIM card is easily scratched. You must take
out SIM care carefully before the assembly.
Power off the phone, remove the rear cover, battery or other external
power supply.
