7 Run UE scenarios with WebGui
Once scenario have been created (as described in section above), you can now run them to test
your eNodeB and EPC.
In the center panel, select the scenario and click on run button
Once started, two tabs UE simulator and UE simulator:scenarioName can be used to monitor
the UE status, visualize chart and trigger manual actions
7.1 UE simulator tab
When selecting simulator UE tab, several panels are displayed.
7.1.1 Actions buttons
Panel on top aims to trigger actions:
• monitor button: open linux monitor
• Refresh button will force refresh of UE list. Else it is done regularly and refresh period is
defined by the number field on the right.
• Start button will allow you to start predefined scenario. Note that only scenario that create
UEs will be proposed.
• Stop button will stop any pending simulation on UE simulator.
• constellations button: show real time constellations (when signal check box is enabled
in logging server configuration)
7.1.2 UE list
Panel in the middle lists all UE created and their status.
Right click on any UE to perform more actions:
• Power on/off
• Connect pdn: enter APN for PDN to connect
• Scenario: apply scenario on this UE (Only scenario without UE creation can be used).
7.1.3 Statistics
Panel at the bottom provides various real time charts for debug and tracking purpose
