6 Create scenario using WebGui
Once your UE simulator has been started and has decoded eNodeB system information (Cell 0:
SIB found message is displayed) you can start using it to create devices, generate end to end
traffic and simulate different channel conditions in order to test your eNodeB and Core network.
These scenarios can be generated automatically using the WebGui as described below.
Note: More complex scenarios can be created by writing your own script manually and controlled
using LTEUE Remote API. See [Create scenario without WebGui], page 27, for more details.
6.1 Configuration
Open your web browser and connect to LTE UE IP address followed by /lte.
(example 192.168.1.40/lte). The following main page will open.
Note: If the page can’t be loaded, please check httpd service is running on LTEUE side
(service httpd status). Also, make sure no firewall or other security software is blocking the
communication
Create a websocket and connect a client server :
• Click on Add server button on the left panel
• Define a name , as instance: UE Simulator
• Set IP address and com Port of LTE UE. By default com port is 9002. The value is defined
in ue.cfg file, parameter com_addr
