Icons/Commands (Web)
The toolbar of the Timecard grid consists of the following:
Button Command Description
Save
Saves the currently displayed employee
record.
Pay periods
This dropdown list allows you to view
different Pay periods in the Punch,
Overrides, or Adjustments Timecard
grids. Previous Pay periods can only be
adjusted if they are still open by using the
Punches tab for punches and the
Adjustments tab for hours.
Cancel
Cancel any Timecard adjustments and
return to the Employees screen.
Delete Row
Deletes the selected row(s) in the grid.
Insert Row
Inserts a row below the selected row in
the grid.
