GAS CONVERSIONS IMPORTANT: Gas conversions must be done by a qualified installer. Before proceeding with the conversion, shut off the gas supply to the range prior to disconnecting the electrical power. WARNING This conversion kit shall be installed by a qualified service agency in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and all applicable codes and requirements of the authority having jurisdiction.

To Convert Oven Bake Burner (LP Gas) Only the bake orifice needs to be converted for high altitude. 1. Remove the oven racks and the oven door. See the “Oven Door” section in the Installation Instructions. 2. Remove 2 screws and washers at the rear of the oven bottom. 3. Lift the rear of the oven bottom up and back until the front of the panel is away from the front frame. Remove from oven and set it aside on a covered surface. 6.

Natural Gas Conversion WARNING Tip Over Hazard To Convert Oven Bake Burner (Natural Gas) Only the bake orifice needs to be converted for high altitude. 1. Remove the oven racks and the oven door. See the “Oven Door” section in the Installation Instructions. 2. Remove 2 screws and washers at the rear of the oven bottom. 3. Lift the rear of the oven bottom up and back until the front of the panel is away from the front frame. Remove from oven and set it aside on a covered surface.

. Apply masking tape to the end of a 3/8" (1 cm) nut driver to help hold the gas orifice spud in the nut driver while changing it. Press nut driver down onto the gas orifice spud and remove by turning the LP gas bake burner orifice spud counterclockwise to remove. 7. Replace the current spud with a “170” spud. Install the Natural gas bake burner orifice spud, turning it clockwise until snug. IMPORTANT: Do not overtighten.

Dans l’État du Massachusetts, les instructions d’installation suivantes sont applicables : ■ ■ ■ Les travaux d’installation et réparation doivent être exécutés par un plombier ou tuyauteur qualifié ou licencié, ou par le personnel qualifié d’une entreprise licenciée par l’État du Massachusetts. Si une vanne à boisseau sphérique est utilisée, elle doit comporter une manette “T”. Si un conduit de raccordement flexible est utilisé, sa longueur ne doit pas dépasser 3 pi.

Conversion pour l’alimentation au propane AVERTISSEMENT Risque de basculement Un enfant ou une personne adulte peut faire basculer la cuisinière, ce qui peut causer un décès. Conversion du brûleur de cuisson au four (gaz propane) Seul le four a besoin d’être converti en altitude élevée. 1. Retirer les grilles et la porte du four. Voir la section “Porte du four” dans les instructions d’installation. 2. Ôter 2 vis et rondelles à l’arrière de la partie inférieure du four. 3.

6. Appliquer du ruban adhésif de masquage à l’extrémité d’un tourne-écrou de 3/8" (1 cm) pour retenir le gicleur du brûleur dans le tourne-écrou durant l’extraction. Placer le tourneécrou sur le gicleur de gaz naturel du brûleur de cuisson au four; tourner dans le sens antihoraire pour dévisser et extraire le gicleur. 7. Remplacer l’injecteur actuel par un injecteur “107”. Installer le gicleur pour gaz propane du brûleur de cuisson au four en le tournant dans le sens horaire jusqu’à ce qu’il soit serré.

Conversion du brûleur de cuisson au four (gaz naturel) Seul le four a besoin d’être converti en altitude élevée. 1. Retirer les grilles et la porte du four. Voir la section “Porte du four” dans les instructions d’installation. 2. Ôter 2 vis et rondelles à l’arrière de la partie inférieure du four. 3. Soulever l’arrière de la partie inférieure du four vers le haut et l’arrière jusqu’à dégager l’avant du panneau hors du cadre avant. Le retirer du four et le mettre de côté sur une surface couverte. 6.

Réglage de la taille des flammes Réglage de la flamme des brûleurs de surface Régler la taille des flammes sur les brûleurs de la table de cuisson. Pour le réglage au débit thermique minimum, on doit observer des flammes stables bleues de 1/4" (0,64 cm). Les flammes d’un brûleur alimenté au propane comportent une pointe légèrement jaune.
