3.3 SNMP Parameters Tab
The SNMP parameters tab allows you to define or edit the SNMP community
strings and the SNMP-related parameters.

• Read - The read only community string of the unit.
• Read/Write - The read/write community string of the unit.
• Trap Host IP Address - Enter the IP of the host to which SNMP traps are
sent.
Click the
icon directly beneath this field to set the IP address of the PC
station you are working on as the trap host.
Click the
icon directly beneath this field to clear the Trap Host IP
Address field and enter a new IP address.
