3.1.6.1.2 Deleting a User
To delete a user, run the following command:
npu(config)# no user <username>
privilege <1-10> Indicates the privilege level to
be assigned to a user. The
user will be permitted to
execute all commands for
which the privilege level is
equal to or lower than the
value of this parameter.

Global configuration mode
IMPORTANT
Only users who have logged in as admin can execute this task.
IMPORTANT
An error may occur if:
You are not logged in as admin user.
The username that you have specified does not exist. Remember that user names are
case-sensitive.
You are trying to delete an active user or the admin user.
