Chapter 2 - Hardware Installation
2.2.8 SAU (Optional)
The SAU device can be connected to the ODU during installation to assist with
antenna alignment and testing.
When connected to the ODU, the SAU provides status LED indications as
described in the following table:

Table 2-11: SAU LED Indicators
LED Status Description
AL (Alarm) Off The diagnostic test has passed and the ODU is operating
normally.
On Red An ODU failure has been detected.
PW (Power) Off The ODU is not receiving power or there is an internal 3.3 VDC
failure.
On Green The SAU is receiving power from the ODU.
ET
(Ethernet)
Off There is no valid Ethernet link between the ODU and the IDU.
On Green There is a valid Ethernet link between the ODU and the IDU.
