Appendix B - Troubleshooting
Authentication Failure:
LED 1 (ELNK-orange) of
the LINK QUALITY bar
blinks.
Authentication problem:
a. Wrong User Name
and/or User Password.
b.Maximum number of
Multiple Sessions
(number of SUs that can
receive the Service
simultaneously) has
been reached.
c. Duplicate Name: User
Name already exists in
the Base Station’s
database, associated
with another SU (MAC
address).
d. Authentication
Timeout:The unit was
not reauthenticated after
authentication timeout.
Enter User Name and User Password and reset
the unit. If the problem persists, contact the
operator.
