Radio Parameters Menu
BreezeMAX CPEs Product Manual 93
4.7 Radio Parameters Menu
The Radio Parameters menu includes the following options:
Show
Bandwidth (not applicable if the SU supports a single bandwidth)
Uplink (Tx) Frequency (Standard Mode)
Antenna Selection (applicable only for Si CPE)
Frequency Scanning Parameters
Rx Attenuator (applicable only in 2.3 GHz band)
4.7.1 Show
Select this option to view the Bandwidth, Uplink Frequency (Standard Mode),
Antenna Selection and Rx Attenuator parameters. These parameters are applied
only after reset. Therefore, actual values may differ from configured values. For
each parameter both the current and configured values are displayed
4.7.2 Bandwidth
The Bandwidth parameter may not be available in units that support a single
bandwidth. In units where more than one Bandwidth option is available, select
this option to define the bandwidth of the signal.
The options are 1.75 MHz, 3.5 MHz, 5 MHz, 7 MHz and 10 MHz. If the selected
option is not supported by the HW/SW of the unit, it will be rejected. The default
depend on the radio band and operation mode (TDD/FDD).
4.7.3 Uplink (Tx) Frequency (Standard Mode)
This parameter is not applicable to the current release. In future versions that will
support both Standard and Advanced Si Operation Modes with Automatic
Platform Detection (APD), it will enable configuring the Uplink Frequency to be
used by SUs in 3.x GHz bands when operating in Standard operation mode.
Select this option to define the transmit frequency of the SU.
The available range depends on the Radio Band of the unit and on the Bandwidth.
The resolution is 0.125 MHz.
