2.1.6 Connecting the Cables
2.1.6.1 Connecting the Grounding Cable
The Grounding screw (marked ) is located on the bottom panel of the outdoor
unit.
1 Connect one end of a grounding cable to the grounding screw and tighten the
grounding screw firmly.
2 Connect the other end of the grounding cable to a good ground (earth)
connection.
2.1.6.2 Connecting the Antenna Cable
1 Connect one end of the coaxial RF cable to the RF connector (marked )
located on the bottom panel of the unit.
2 Connect the other end of the RF cable to the antenna.
3 The RF connectors should be properly sealed to protect against rain and
moisture.
2.1.6.3 Connecting the IF Cable
1 Connect one end of the coaxial IF cable to the IF connector on the bottom
panel of the unit.
