OSD Factory Default Settings
The factory default settings are as follows:
Supported KVM Switches
We recommend using Altusen KH1508 or KH1516 switches when cascading
from the KN2108 / KN2116. The following is a list of supported Aten KVM
switches that can also be used.

Note: The installation cannot be cascaded beyond the second level.
