Maintenance:
Unitshouldbetestedatleastonceayearfortheproperoperationasfollows:
Output Voltage Test:Undernormalloadconditions,theDCoutputvoltageshouldbecheckedforpropervoltagelevel
(26.2-26.4VDC recommended range).
Battery Test:Undernormalloadconditionscheckthatthebatteryisfullycharged.Checkspecifiedvoltage
bothatbatteryterminalandattheboardterminalsmarked[+BAT--]toensurethatthereisnobreakinthebattery
connectionwires.
Fuses:Checkinputandoutputfusesonthepowersupplyboard,replaceifnecessary.
Inputfuseratingis6.3amp@250V,Outputfuseratingis15amp@32V.
Note:Maximumchargingcurrentis1.5amp.
Note:Expectedbatterylifeis5years;however,itisrecommendedchangingbatteriesin4yearsorlessifneeded.
