Initial access to the programming mode must
s
tart with the control in the OFF position.
Entering the “PROGRAM” mode provides the operator with the ability to modify all
control functions and provides access to the boil-out “BOIL” feature.
The fryer programming capability offers the following functions and features. Some of these operating
parameters have been preset at the factory and are described in the control programming section:
Press and hold the “PROGRAM” key for a period of 5 to 10 seconds.

“LiftSync”
“Temp F-C”
“Language”

The LEFTarrow key will
escape from the program
entered and will turn the
control
“OFF.”
The UP and DOWN
a r r o w k e y s p r o v i d e t h e
ability to scroll through all
available control programs.
The RIGHTarrow key
selects the program for the
item displayed and confirms
any changes made.
To exit the control programming mode at any time, press and hold the LEFTarrow key.
