DELUXE CONTROL OPERATIONDELUXE CONTROL TROUBLESHOOTING
1. Press and hold the ON/OFF key for 1 second.
One of the following will appear in the alpha/numeric display:
A. “ READY”along with “- - - - ”intheL.E.D.display.
The fryer is in the cooking range.
NOTE: For best results, do not cook product until the display is in this mode.
B. “ HI TEMP”
Thepottemperatureis40°F(22°C)orhigherthantheset-point.
C. “ LO TEMP”
Thepottemperatureis21°F(12°C)orlowerthantheset-point.
D. “ PROBLEM”
Indicates a heating problem.
E. “ HOT”
Thepottemperatureismorethan410°F(210°C)or395°F(202°C)forCE(EuropeanCommunity
fryers).
F. “ FIXPROBE”
The control has detected a problem in the temperature measuring circuit, including the probe.
NOTE: A decimal point “

is calling for heat.
