SPECIAL APPLICATION INSTALLING YOUR DS801-111 6 OPERATION Step 1. Determine the best location for the DS801-111. Where possible, locate the TP Transmitter as close to the video source as possible and the DS801-111 as close to the receiving component as feasible. The DS801-111 requires only one adjustment to be made for optimal performance. The adjustment is video equalization for long cable lengths. 7.
SPECIAL APPLICATION Cause 4: Video equalization required. ALTINEX POLICIES Solution: Adjust the VIDEO EQUALIZATION on the DS801-111. 9.1 LIMITED WARRANTY/RETURN POLICIES Some monitors are very sensitive to signal quality and this may prevent the monitor from displaying an image until the equalization is adjusted. See the operation section for adjustment details. 9.2 CONTACT INFORMATION Cause 5: The display has a problem. Solution: Make sure the display is powered and is turned on.
