Using AltiAgent
Type the note in the area provided and click OK. The entry will be
displayed in the Note field of the voice mail.
Forwarding Voice Mail
To forward a voice mail to an extension or a VM Group
1. Right-click the voice mail in the Voice Mail view of the AltiAgent
main window, and select Forward. The VM Forward dialog box
opens:
2. Select the check box next to the extension, workgroup, or voice mail
group to which you want to forward the message.
