Using AltiSupervisor
Using AltiSupervisor, you can do the following:
View workgroup and agent performance statistics and a history of
calls. You can print this statistical data or export it to a CSV (comma-
separated value) file.
View call data for calls in a queue.
Listen to an agent’s phone call.
Barge in on an agent’s phone call
Coach an agent without the caller hearing you.
Supervise more than one workgroup at a time
Supervising More than One Workgroup
A tab for each workgroup you’re supervising appears at the bottom of
AltiSupervisor:
Click a tab to view the information on that
group. The group name appears at the top of
the AltiSupervisor screen.
