equivalent gates in a 1,020-pin FineLine BGA

package with 38,400 logic
elements and 327,680 ESB RAM bits. Contained in the embedded
processor stripe is the ARM922T
™
32-bit RISC microprocessor, a further
3 Mbits of RAM, and the following features:

■ System bus bridges
■ Reset controller
■ Interrupt controller
■ Expansion bus interface (EBI)
■ ETM9 trace module
■ UART
■ System status and control registers


