[About] enables you to check the Serial No., Firmware Version, Model
Name, and to initialize various settings.
Displaying the Product Information
You can view the version information of this product. Make note of this
information and refer to it whenever you contact Alpine Tech Support
or an Alpine-authorized dealer.
Setting contents:

Initializing the System
You can initialize all data, to restore the factory settings. Remove the
USB flash drive, etc. from the system before operation
Setting item:
Clear All Settings
1 Tou ch [Reset] of “Clear All Settings.”
2 After the confirmation message appears, touch [OK].
The confirmation screen appears again.
3 Tou ch [OK].
The system starts initialization.
• Do not turn on/off the power, change the ignition key position or
remove the screen panel until system restart is completed.
This unit has a Demonstration feature for the display. If the unit is in
Demo mode, set Demo mode to OFF to turn it OFF.

• If you perform an operation during the Demo mode, the demonstration
is temporarily stopped.
Two operations can be assigned to the SWRC SOURCE button.

Off-Road SWRC Settings
Setting contents:
Source / Camera (Initial setting)
• When camera mode is activated pressing the [Source/Camera View]
button once will cycle the camera view mode (Panorama/Back/Top/
Corner), if an Alpine multi-view camera is connected.
• When the Alpine multi-camera selector (KCX-C250MC) is connected
pressing and holding the [Source/Camera View] button for at least
2 seconds will cycle the camera source (Front Camera/Rear Camera/
Side Camera).
• Off-Road Steering Wheel Remote Control (SWRC) settings are
applicable to vehicles with steering wheel media buttons. This setting is
assigned to the [Source/Camera View] button, located between
Volume + / Volume - on the back right side of the steering wheel.
Vehicle Setup
[Vehicle] is selected on the General Setup Menu screen in step 1. See
“General Setup” (page 31).
Set this item when an iPhone 5 or later/Android smartphone with
Android Auto App is connected.
This setting influences Apple CarPlay/Android Auto mode.

Lead/Parking Brake Lead/Speed Signal/GPS Status/GPS Reception/VP

The Installation check screen is displayed.
• Depending on your vehicle, some installation status may not be checked
via this function.
You can set the Inclinometer (Roll/Pitch) alarm angle preferences. The
alarm displays visually in the Off-Road vehicle information interface on
the Off-Road Navi screen and Off-Road Camera screen. The angle display
changes from green to yellow for Low Alarm, then to red for High Alarm.
Setting item: (only available when Off-Road Mode is turned on)
Inclinometer
Setting contents:
Roll Low Alarm: 0 ~ 84 (initial setting: 30)
Roll High Alarm: 0 ~ 85 (initial setting: 40)
Pitch Up Low Alarm: 0 ~ 89 (initial setting: 40)
Pitch Up High Alarm: 0 ~ 90 (initial setting: 60)
Pitch Down Low Alarm: 0 ~ -89 (initial setting: -40)
Pitch Down High Alarm: 0 ~ -90 (initial setting: -60)
• The upper limit alarm value must be greater than lower limit alarm
value.
