When a call is received, you can set whether to receive it automatically
or not.
Setting item: Auto answer
Setting contents: On / Off (Initial setting)
On: When a call is received, it will be taken automatically
after about 10 seconds.
Off: When a call is received, it will not be received
automatically. Touch [ ] to receive a call.
You can set whether or not to display the person’s name on the other end
on the system’s screen when making a call, receiving a call, and talking.
Setting item: Caller’s name display
Setting contents: On (Initial setting) / Off
On: When the person’s name is stored in the phone book,
the name is displayed on the system’s screen.
Off: The person’s name is not displayed and the phone
number only is displayed.
You can set whether or not to display data that is classified as secret on
the system’s screen.
When you use this system in the default setting, private data is displayed
on the system’s display. To hide private data, select Off.
Setting item: Secret data display
Setting contents: On (Initial setting) / Off
On: The phone book data that is classified as secret is
displayed on the system’s display. Also, the secret icon
is displayed on the screen, allowing you to know that
secret data is being displayed.
Off: The phone book data that is classified as secret is not
displayed on the system’s display.
• The name and number are not displayed on the phone book screen
when the setting is Off. Only the telephone number is displayed in the
outgoing/incoming history screen and calling screen.
To set the item to On, you need to enter a passcode.
1 Touch [On].
The passcode input screen is displayed.
2 Enter a passcode and touch [OK].
The setting item changes to On, and the system returns to
the previous screen.
• Enter a passcode twice to make sure it for the first time.
To display data that is classified as secret on the system’s screen, you
need to enter a passcode. Here is a description of how to set the
passcode.
Setting item: Edit display passcode
1 Touch [Edit].
The passcode setting screen is displayed.
2 Enter a passcode and touch [OK].
3 Enter the same passcode once more and touch [OK].
The passcode is set, and the system returns to the previous
screen.
• To change the passcode after setting once, enter the old
passcode once, then enter the new passcode twice.
You can set whether or not the history data of the mobile phone is
automatically transferred to the system when it is connected to the
system.
Setting item: Storing call history
Setting contents: On (Initial setting) / Off
On: The mobile phone’s history data is transferred.
Off: The mobile phone’s history data is not transferred.
