Deleting one entry from the phone book
1 Press <MENU>.
2 Touch [Phone].
The Phone menu screen is displayed.
3 Touch [Phone book].
The Phone book screen is displayed.
4 Touch the phone number you intend to delete.
The detail screen of the Phone book is displayed.
When 2 phone numbers are stored in the entry, touch the
phone number you intend to delete.
5 Touch [ ].
The confirmation screen is displayed.
6 Touch [Yes].
The selected number is deleted.
Delete all entries from the phone book
1 Press <MENU>.
2 Touch [Phone].
The Phone menu screen is displayed.
3 Touch [Phone book].
The Phone book screen is displayed.
4 Touch [ ].
The confirmation screen is displayed.
5 Touch [Yes].
All entries of the phone book are deleted.
1 Press <MENU>.
2 Touch [Phone].
The Phone menu screen is displayed.
3 Touch [Phone book].
The Phone book screen is displayed.
4 Touch the phone number you intend to assign as the
one-touch dialling number.
The details screen of the Phone book is displayed.
5 Touch [Save].
If 2 phone numbers are stored in the entry, touch the phone
number you intend to assign, then touch [Save].
6 Touch [Dial 1] or [Dial 2].
The phone number is assigned to the selected one-touch
dialling number.
• The / icon is displayed beside the registered
phone number.
• If Dial1 or Dial2 is already registered, it is overwritten.
7 Touch [ ].
The system returns to the Phone book screen.
You can search the names registered in the phone book.
1 Press <MENU>.
2 Touch [Phone].
The Phone menu screen is displayed.
3 Touch [Phone book].
The Phone book screen is displayed.
4 Touch [ (Search)].
The Alphabet search screen is displayed.
5 Touch the alphabet of the name one wishes to
search.
The phone book screen of the alphabet you selected is
displayed.
