You can use the phone book of the mobile phone to make a phone call.
Before using, you need to transfer the phone book from the mobile
phone to the system. For details on how to transfer the phone book, see
“Transferring the phone book” (page 85).

Press <MENU>.

Touch [Phone].
The Phone menu screen is displayed.

Touch [Phone book].
The Phone book screen is displayed.

Touch the person in the list you intend to call.
The details screen of the phone book is displayed.
If two phone numbers are stored, touch the number you
intend to call.

Touch [ ].
The phone call is started.
You can assign up to 2 phone numbers as the one-touch dialling
numbers to make a call easily. For how to assign as the one-touch
dialling number, see “Assigning as the one-touch dialling number”
(page 86).

Touch [Phone].
The Phone menu screen is displayed.

Touch [Dial 1] or [Dial 2].
The phone call is sent to the stored number.
You can redial the person you have previously called.

The Phone menu screen is displayed.

Touch [Redial].
The number is redialed.

The confirmation message is displayed.

Touch [Yes].
The phone call is started.
• You can perform this operation only when the phone number is
displayed in the Confirmation screen.

Touch [HFT Off] or [HFT On].
Touch [HFT Off] to change to the HFT Off mode. The switch
changes to [HFT On]. Touch [HFT On] to change to the HFT
On mode. The switch changes to [HFT Off].
HFT On mode: The voice is output from the speaker of the
car.
HFT Off mode: The voice is output from the mobile phone.
