Could not complete synchronising of phone
book.
The connected mobile phone does not support
synchronising of its phone book.
Connect the mobile phone that supports
synchronising the phone book, then
synchronise again. (See page 85.)
Unable to complete peripheral Device search. There is no mobile phone with Bluetooth
setting activated near the system.
Check the Bluetooth setting of the Bluetooth
mobile phone that you want to connect to the
system.
Could not delete. Deletion of the device list failed for some
reason.
Perform the device list delete operation again.
(See page 82.)
Could not find Device name. • The connected mobile phone does not
support acquisition of the device name.
• The mobile phone is set not to announce the
device name to another device.
• Device names of mobile phones are
displayed only with mobile phones that
support acquisition.
• Check the setting of the connected mobile
phone.
Could not complete connecting. • The passcode entered using the mobile
phone is wrong.
• Passcode entry session has timed out.
• Enter the correct passcode to make the
connection again.
• Enter the passcode using the mobile phone
before timeout.
Could not disconnect. Clearing of the connection failed for some
reason.
Perform the disconnecting operation again.

Activation code is not correct. The TMC authentication is wrong. Input the correct authentication code.
Copying custom POI data could not be
completed.
