Sound Setup Operation
1 Press <MENU>.
2 When the NAVIGATION menu is displayed, touch the
[AUDIO/VISUAL] tab.
Or, press <MENU> to switch the tab.
3 Touch [Sound setup].
The Sound setup screen is displayed.
4 Touch [ ] or [ ], etc., to change its setting.
5 Touch [ ].
The setting is changed and the system returns to the
previous screen.
1 Touch [ ][ ][ ] [ ].
Balance: L15 to R15
Fader: R15 to F15
• To reset to the initial setting (Balance: 0, Fader: 0), touch
[Centre].
Setting item: Bass
Setting contents: -7 to +7 (Initial setting: 0)
• Adjustment cannot be performed when Defeat is set to On.
Setting item: Treble
Setting contents: -7 to +7 (Initial setting: 0)
• Adjustment cannot be performed when Defeat is set to On.
You can set the Subwoofer level when a Subwoofer is connected. When
no Subwoofer is connected, this item is set to Off.
Setting item: SubW.
Setting contents: Off, 0 to +15 (Initial setting: Off)
Loudness introduces a special low- and high-frequency emphasis at low
listening levels. This compensates for the ear’s decreased sensitivity to
bass and treble sound at these levels.
Setting item: Loudness
Setting contents: Off (Initial setting) / On
• Adjustment cannot be performed when Defeat is set to On.
If you set the Defeat to On, the Bass/Treble/Loudness settings return to
the initial settings. If you set to Off, they resume to the set value.
