You can set the condition (speed) to estimate the arrival time at a
destination/waypoint. See “Setting the Arrival Time” (page 102).
Setting item: Estimated travel time
Setting contents: Change
Urban road: 5 km ~ 120 km/3 mi~75 mi
(Initial setting: 30 km)
Country road: 5km ~ 160 km/3mi~100
mi (Initial setting: 60 km)
Motorway: 5km ~ 200km/3 mi~125 mi
(Initial setting: 100 km)
1 Touch [Change].
The Estimated travel time setting screen is displayed.
2 Touch [ ] or [ ] to change its setting.
3 Touch [OK].
The setting is changed, and the system returns to the
previous screen.
You can set whether or not to interrupt the Audio/Visual mode with the
navigation guidance display.
Setting item: Guidance screen interruption
Setting contents: On (Initial setting)/ Off
On: The system interrupts the Audio/Visual screen with the
navigation guidance display.
Off: The system does not interrupt the Audio/Visual screen
with the navigation guidance display.
Route Setup
[Route] is selected on the Navigation setup menu in step 4. See
“Navigation Setup Operation” (page 99).
For details on the dynamic route guidance function, refer to page 28.
Setting item: Dynamic route guidance
Setting contents: Auto / Manual (Initial setting) / Off
Auto: If an optimal route is found using the dynamic route
guidance function, and the system is automatically
changed to a new route.
Manual: If an optimal route is found using the dynamic route
guidance function, a confirmation screen is shown.
Touch [Detour] or [Current route].
Off: The dynamic route guidance is not used.
RDS-TMC Setup
[TMC] is selected on the Navigation setup menu in step 4. See
“Navigation Setup Operation” (page 99).
You can set whether or not to display Traffic event arrows on the map.
Setting item: Traffic event arrow
Setting contents: On (Initial setting) / Off
On: Traffic event arrows are displayed.
Off: Traffic event arrows are not displayed.
You can set whether or not to display TMC icon. When you set to On,
TMC icons are displayed.
Setting item: TMC icon
Setting contents: On (Initial setting) / Off
On: TMC icon is displayed.
Off: TMC icon is not displayed.
