Displaying the Text
Text information, such as the disc name and the track name, will be
displayed if playing a CD text compatible disc. It is also possible to
display the folder name, the file name, and the tag, etc., while playing
MP3/WMA/AAC files.
Press VIEW.
The display will change every time the button is pressed.
• When the Text Scroll is set to Manual, press and hold VIEW for at
least 2 seconds, the current text will be scrolled one time (except
Radio mode).

If there is PS (Programme Service Name)
If there is no PS (Programme Service Name)

The display in MP3/WMA/AAC mode:
The display in Bluetooth Audio mode:
The following display will be shown only when a telephone or
Bluetooth Streaming device with Metadata capabilities is correctly
connected with a Bluetooth Interface Module. For details, refer to the
Owner’s Manual of the Bluetooth Interface Module.

Press and hold VIEW for at least 2 seconds if PS is displayed in the
radio mode, frequency will be displayed for 5 seconds.

Displayed during playback of a disc with CD Text.

The root folder of disc is displayed as blank.
The root folder of USB memory is displayed as “ROOT”.

ID3 tag/WMA tag
If an MP3/WMA/AAC file contains ID3 tag/WMA tag information, the
ID3 tag/WMA tag information is displayed (e.g., song name, artist
name, and album name). All other tag data is ignored.

If there is no text information, nothing will be displayed.

When the Text Scroll (page 24) is set to “Auto”, the display cannot be
switched by pressing VIEW. The display contents switch alternately.

When a Bluetooth Audio signal is received, text information such as
artist, album, song is displayed. If there is no text information,
“Artist”/“Album”/“Song” will be displayed.
