DAB Operation (Optional)
Changing the Display Mode
You can display information that is sent from
broadcasting stations, such as the channel
number or the service name that you are
receiving or listening.
1 While receiving DAB, press TITLE to change
the display mode.
When the monitor is open (displayed in the monitor):
When the monitor is closed (displayed in the sub-display):
1 You can display this only when the broadcasting
station supplies the Service Component Label.
Otherwise, NO COMP (NO component) is
displayed.
2 If you set AUTO for Scroll Setting, the
character information that is sent from the
broadcasting station is scrolled when it displayed.
If you are set to MANUAL while displaying the
Dynamic Label and press and hold TITLE
for
at least 2 seconds, you can scroll the character
information once.
NO TEXT is displayed when broadcasting
stations which contain no Dynamic Label are
received. However, when a station is waiting for
its reception, WAITING is displayed.

Receiving Announcement Information
of DAB Regional (Local) Stations
1 When the monitor is open, press and hold
MUTE/SETUP for at least 2 seconds.
2 Press preset 4 to select RADIO setting mode.
Press preset 4 again to select DAB REGIONAL.
3 Press g or f to select DAB REGIONAL
ON or OFF.
ON: You can automatically receive
announcement interruptions that are valid
for the region you are currently in.
OFF:Announcement interruptions are valid for all
regions.
For any other settings, press preset 4 or another
preset button.
4 Press MUTE/SETUP to return to normal mode.
