When using discs containing both audio data and MP3/WMA/AAC
data.
Setting item: File Play Mode
Setting content: CD / CMPM
• If a disc is inserted, remove it from this unit before setting.
• When an MP3-compatible CD changer is used, this setting cannot be
applied.
If a disc containing both a compressed video file and a compressed
audio file is used, you have a choose to play back only a video or only
audio.
Setting item: DVD Play Mode
Setting contents: Video / Audio
Setting item: DivX Info.
If the title bar of DivX Info. is touched, a DivX
®
file registered
code is displayed.
When playing a Playback Control (PBC) enabled Video CD, you can
choose to set PBC ON or OFF.

The SETUP selection screen is displayed.

Touch [ ] to return to the previous screen.
“Radio Setup” is selected on the source setup main menu in step 3.
RDS Time Display
When ON is selected, the clock is adjusted automatically based
on the time data sent from the RDS broadcast.
Setting item: RDS Clock DISP
Setting content: OFF / ON
Playing MP3/WMA/AAC Data
(File Play Mode)
CD: Plays only the audio data on discs containing both audio
data and MP3/WMA/AAC data.
CMPM:Plays only the MP3/WMA/AAC files on discs containing
both audio data and MP3/WMA/AAC data.
Setting the compressed File Playback Data
Video: only Video data is played back.
Audio: only Audio data is played back.

Setting the Video CD Play Mode
OFF: The PBC menu is not displayed.
ON: The PBC menu is displayed.
Source Setup
The Parking Brake must be engaged to access the Source
mode screen. Attempting to access this screen while driving
will display the warning-Can’t operate while driving.
The following steps 1 to 5 are common operations to each
“Setting item” of Radio Setup. Refer to each section for details.
Radio Setup
OFF: To adjust it manually.
ON: Adjust the clock automatically based on the time data. In
this case, the clock cannot be adjusted manually.
To adjust it manually, select OFF.
