About the adjustment of guide display
ON/OFF setting and adjustment of
Caution display location
As with the rear camera, the front camera guide display ON/
OFF setting and Caution display location can be adjusted.
See “Guide Display ON/OFF Setting” (page 58) and
“Adjusting the Caution Display Location” (page 59) for the
operations.
Side Camera Operation
Displaying the Side Camera image from the Menu screen
1 Press the (CAM) button.
The Camera view image is displayed.
2 Touch the screen when the image from the
camera is displayed.
The operation screen is displayed on the screen.
3 Touch [Side].
The Side Camera view image is displayed.
• Touch the screen while the camera image is being displayed,
and touch [
] to return to the previous screen.
• You can perform a Guide Adjustment. For details, see
“Camera Guide Setup” (page 24).

As with the rear camera, the side camera guide display ON/
OFF setting and Caution display location can be adjusted.

About Vehicle Interlock
Function
Communication between your vehicle and the unit allows
you to set and display various functions of your vehicle.*

Available functions differ depending on your vehicle. For
details, refer to your vehicle’s instruction manual.
• A CAN Interface Box (sold separately) is required.
• Available functions differ depending on your vehicle. For
details, refer to your vehicle’s instruction manual.
• You can check the air conditioner settings on the Climate
screen.*

• You can check for obstacles on the Parking Sensor screen.*

• You can adjust various settings for your vehicle from the unit.
*1 Prerequisite is a compatible CAN-Interface, e.g. from the
APF-X3xxx series.
*2 When the Interruption function is set to [On], the screen
changes automatically when you adjust the air
conditioner or the unit detects an obstacle. For details on
the Interruption setup, see “CAN I/F BOX Setting” (page
22).
Access to Vehicle Info Mode
You can check the car’s status, set the air conditioning, etc.
1 Press the (HOME) button to select Vehicle
info mode.
• The Vehicle Info mode screen is displayed.
2 Touch the desired tag on the top of the
screen.
Select item:
Climate / Park sensor / Car Setting
• The displayed tag options differ depending on the
type of vehicle.
3 Adjust or confirm the item/information
accordingly.
• Operable functions and displays may differ depending on the
vehicle.
• By touching [Car Setting] on the Vehicle Info mode
screen, you can use the unit to turn various settings
related to your vehicle On/Off, set display formats, etc. For
details on what functions you can set, refer to your
vehicle’s instruction manual.
