Selecting Programme/Playlist
You can select the previous or next programme when in programme
playback mode. You can select the previous or next playlist in the
playlist playback mode.

Touch [ Program] [Program ] or [ Playlist]
[Playlist ] to select the previous or next
programme or playlist.
• Touching [ Program] or [ Playlist] will play the previous
programme or playlist from the first chapter.
• Touching [Program ] or [Playlist ] will play the next
programme or playlist from the first chapter.
• Playlist selection can only be executed via a disc with a playlist.
Selecting Folders
Touch [] or [] to select the folder.
• Touch [] to play from the first file of the previous folder.
Touch [] to play from the first file of the next folder.
Repeat Playback
Use this function to play the disc’s titles, chapters or tracks, etc.,
repeatedly.
Touch [].
The repeat mode switches every time the button is touched.
DVD Video
• The REPEAT mode is always turned off when [] is touched and
held for at least 2 seconds.
DVD-VR
The Programme mode*:
The Playlist mode*:
* Select the Programme or Playlist playback modes through the Search
function. Refer to “Searching by Programme” or “Searching by
Playlist” (page 33).
• Only discs containing a Playlist can be displayed.
DivX
Searching by Title/Programme Number
Use this function to easily find positions on the DVD using the DVD’s
titles or programmes. Perform operations while playback is stopped.

The numeric keypad input mode screen appears.
• For DVD Video, the numeric keypad can also be displayed by
touching [] on the Menu screen and then touching [Key]
twice.

Enter a desired title or programme by touching its
number.
See page 30 for operation of the numeric keypad.

Playback will start from the number selected.

• Select the Programme playback modes through the Search function.
Refer to “Searching by Programme” (page 33).
• This function cannot be used on discs on which no title numbers are
recorded.
• Some disc may not accept any operation.
